With 30 years of executive recruiting experience, Cathy saw a unique opportunity to serve small to mid-sized Consumer Goods companies that want to recruit the best talent but are reluctant to pay a standard search firm fee. We implement the first critical steps of a retained search process to identify, recruit and present highly qualified candidates to the client. These candidates are motivated, have the technical and behavioral qualifications and are in the compensation range. And we do this for a greatly reduced fee.
WEEK 1
Discovery meeting with hiring leader and other client key contacts. Discuss scope of the position, state of the business, ideal candidate profile, opportunities for success, etc.
SGT to create a detailed, compelling position profile to use with candidates and referral sources. Client to review and approve.
SGT to generate a list of approximately 20 companies to target for sourcing talent. This will not be all inclusive but will include direct competitors of a similar size and suggestions of other companies.
WEEK 2
SGT to generate a list of 5 ideal candidate profiles. Scheduled meeting with client to calibrate and invite feedback, course correcting if necessary.
WEEK 3 - 5
SGT actively recruits and interviews candidates. Scheduled meeting with client at end of Week 3 to discuss active slate of candidates, including resumes and highlights for each one.
WEEK 4 - 6
SGT continues active recruiting and interviewing. By end of week 6, SGT to present the most qualified and interested candidates. Goal of 5+ candidates to present to client for interviews.
